Processing Times

Standard Processing

Most ESTA applications submitted through our service are processed within 36 hours. This includes our expert review, validation, and submission process. Once submitted, the authorization is typically approved electronically and you will receive confirmation via email.

Expedited Processing

For travelers with urgent timelines, we offer Rush and Super rush processing assistance. This service prioritizes your application for faster review and submission. While we make every effort to accelerate the process, approval timelines are ultimately determined by the processing authority.

Factors Affecting Processing Time

  • Completeness and accuracy of your application
  • Volume of applications during peak travel seasons
  • Additional security screening requirements
  • Quality and validity of supporting documents
  • Time zone differences and business hours

Tips for Faster Processing

To help ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible, make sure all information entered is accurate and matches your passport exactly. Double-check spelling, dates, and passport numbers before submission. Having all required documents ready before starting the application will also help avoid delays.

We recommend applying at least 72 hours before your planned travel date to allow adequate processing time. Last-minute applications may be subject to longer processing periods.
